He has been a pioneer and influential figure in the accessibility industry for more than three decades. He wrote the first book on web accessibility and usability, co-founded the W3C’s Web Accessibility Initiative and serves as an advisory board member to various non-profit organizations and educational institutions.

Trudy Knudsen

Trudy is an accomplished, results oriented business development executive with a proven track record of success in the publishing, technology, education and eLearning markets. Experienced intrapreneur with a passion for helping C-level executives solve problems to delight customers. She is excited to help organizations provide an engaging user experience for low vision customers. Trudy brings with her energy, passion and a zeal of life.

Kyle Paciello

PDF Program Manager

Kyle Paciello is OAT’s PDF Program Manager. His primary functions are to oversee the management of PDF remediation services at OAT. He has Adobe Acrobat certification as a PDF expert.

Becky is a recognized leader in Web Accessibility with over 30 years of diverse experience in corporate and open-source software product development. Her passion is Web Accessibility advancement and evangelism that impacts products, customer strategies, and industry standards.

Glenn has extensive experience solving complex business problems through technology. He’s excited to be part of the OAT team and looks forward to helping identify productive solutions that that make your digital content accessible, and usable, for the blind and visually impaired.

Marsha began her career in public accounting and internal audit. Since 1985 she has been working as a Controller/VP finance for several private companies.

Will has been in the high tech industry for almost 30 years as a software engineer, technical leader, architect, product manager, and engineering director in several Fortune 500 companies. He was one of the original pioneers of the API-based approach to accessibility that is commonplace today and has a passion for using technology to make the world a better place for all.
