Open Access Technologies Names Ken Breen as President

Co-founder and CEO, Howard Berke, Also Appointed Executive Chair

Breen brings over two decades of operational leadership in product and process innovation in the publishing industry. He will use that experience to run day to day operations, while scaling the company’s solutions.
